What this is

Raml Health is an app for iPhone and Android that turns the data your watch records into daily Sleep, Recovery and Strain scores, logs your strength training and shows your body trends.

Raml Coach is the web platform on this site where coaches plan their athletes' training and follow their progress.

Not a medical device

The scores are wellness estimates, not medical measurements. Raml Health and Raml Coach are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Your data

The terms and refund policy cover the app and coach subscriptions. What is stored, where, and who sees it is in the privacy policy. To delete your account or data, see delete your account or data.
