Terms and refund policy

Who we are

Raml Health and Raml Coach are run by Luca Ramseyer, a sole proprietor, Löwenmattweg 8b, 3110 Münsingen, Switzerland (luca@raml.ch). “We” in these terms means him.

The app for athletes

The Raml Health app is free. Its Sleep, Recovery and Strain scores are wellness estimates, not medical measurements; Raml Health is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. What you share with a coach is up to you and described in the privacy policy.

Raml Coach subscriptions

• Coaches pay for Raml Coach by the number of athletes they coach, in tiers shown on our home page, monthly or yearly, in Swiss francs. Athletes in a coaching team count once, for the team's lead; the team's other coaches pay nothing for them.
• New coaches get a free trial of 30 days for up to 25 athletes, without a card. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance and renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Changing tiers takes effect at once; the difference is charged or credited pro rata.
• Without a trial or subscription you keep seeing your athletes and what they share, but you can't edit plans, write notes or add athletes until you subscribe again. Your data stays until you delete it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal after that.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase, and Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it's due.

Refunds

If Raml Coach isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. Write to Paddle through the link in your receipt, or to luca@raml.ch. After 14 days payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time so the subscription doesn't renew.

Using Raml Coach

• Use what athletes share with you only to coach them, and keep your sign-in to yourself.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to reach other people's data, no automated mass access, nothing unlawful.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the apps and the website running and your data safe, but can't promise they're always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for slight negligence, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; liability for intent and gross negligence stays.

Law and changes

Swiss law applies. The courts at our place of business in Münsingen, canton of Bern, have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you another place. We'll tell coaches by email about changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply.
