Raml Health

Sleep, Recovery and Strain, every day

Raml Health turns the data your watch already records into three daily scores from 0 to 100: how well you slept, how recovered you are, and how hard you trained. It also logs your strength training and shows your body trends. For iPhone and Android.

Sleep

Time asleep against what your body needed, how regular your sleep is, efficiency, and deep and REM sleep.

Recovery

Overnight heart rate variability, sleeping heart rate, respiratory rate and last night's sleep, each against your own 30-day baseline.

Strain

How hard your heart worked over the day, with your lifting volume counted too, so strength sessions show up.

Every score shows what went into it. The scores are wellness estimates, not medical measurements.

What else it does

Where the data comes from

Raml Health reads from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, with your permission for each data type.

With a Fitbit or Pixel Watch you can also connect the Google Health API. Much of what these watches measure never reaches Apple Health or Health Connect, so the app reads it from Google directly, read-only:

You can disconnect Google in the app's Settings, or remove Raml Health's access in your Google account, at any time.

Training with a coach

If your coach uses Raml Coach, you can join them in the app and choose what they see: your training sessions, your daily summaries, or both, separately for each coach. Your coach plans your training and follows your progress on this website.
