Delete your account or data

What there is to delete

Raml Health keeps your health data, scores and training log on your phone. We only store something on our servers if you create a coaching account to join a coach. That account and everything in it can be deleted in the app or on this page.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Raml Health and go to Settings → Coach.
2. Tap Delete cloud account and confirm.

No longer have the app? Enter the email address of your account. We email you a one-time code to confirm it's yours, then your account is deleted right away.

Signed up on iPhone with Sign in with Apple and a hidden email address, or no access to the email any more? Delete the account in the app, or write to luca@raml.ch and we delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleting your account deletes, immediately and for good:

• your account: email address and name
• your coaches and teams, your sharing choices and the coach requests you answered
• the training sessions, skipped workouts and daily summaries you shared
• the training plans your coaches assigned you and their notes on your sessions
• your notification tokens and notification records

We keep nothing after that. On iPhone, the app's access to your Apple ID is revoked as well. Your health data, scores and training log on your phone stay there until you delete the app; what the app wrote to Health Connect or Apple Health stays there, under your control.
